SAMI Working to Establish a Service Centre for Repairing Air Defence Facilities

On January 28, 2025, a working meeting took place between the management of the State Authority for Military Industry (SAMI) and a delegation of Russian defence manufacturers at the 2566 Radioelectronic Armament Repair Plant JSC. Representatives from the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus were also in attendance.

The Belarusian arms authority was represented by 2566 Radioelectronic Armament Repair Plant JSC and Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant JSC. The Russian delegation was led by Vyacheslav Dzirkaln, the Deputy Director General for Foreign Economic Affairs of Almaz-Antey ASD Corporation JSC. 

During the meeting, participants discussed the ongoing efforts to establish a service centre dedicated to the repair of air defence facilities at the 2566 Radioelectronic Armament Repair Plant JSC.
