New Products in the UAV Countermeasures Range

JSC “KB Radar”, a leader in the production of electronic warfare equipment in our country, has completed the development of a modernisation kit for the “Groza-Z2” stationary counter-UAV system. The new solution significantly expands the frequency ranges of UAV detection and jamming, and includes neural network algorithms for accurate drone recognition and identification. Among its advantages are artificial intelligence that increases the efficiency of UAV detection and classification, as well as jamming navigation systems to disorient drones.

In the near future, the “Groza-Z2” system will be presented to customers.


The “Fumigator-P” (portable) and “Fumigator-T” (transportable) multicopter control and navigation signal blocker sets, designed based on real-world combat experience, have entered serial production. Both products are built according to the modular concept: each transmitter jams a certain frequency range, providing maximum range of jamming. This design allows for flexible deployment of the blockers – on vehicles, stationary objects, or as part of mobile teams, adapting to specific tasks.

 

The production of the updated “Groza-R5” counter-multicopter electronic warfare gun continues. The product detects, finds direction, and jams drones, causing radio interference to control and data transmission channels and navigation equipment of GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo systems. The main advantage of the “Groza-R5” is its radio frequency detection capability, which allows UAVs to be direction-finding even in limited visibility conditions, as well as its simplicity and ease of use.

 

Another development of JSC “KB Radar”, the “Shapel” UAV detector/direction-finder, provides UAV recognition, monitoring, and direction finding using telemetry signals and video transmission. It is equipped with equipment that allows not only signalling the approach of an FPV UAV, but also displaying on the screen the intercepted video from its flight, and taking measures to take timely shelter from the approaching threat.


The “AERO” VHF radio monitoring and jamming system detects and jams the control and navigation channels of multicopter and glider-type UAVs. It is also capable of creating deception jamming for receivers of satellite navigation systems. In addition to its main functions, the product is equipped with a radar station to detect UAVs flying in radio silence mode.
