New Impetus for Partnership

On May 29, 2026, the State Authority for Military Industry (SAMI) held a meeting between the SAMI Minister, Dmitry Pantus, and the Minister of Defence of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, General Tun Aung.

During the meeting, the parties discussed in detail the current state and promising projects of military-technical cooperation. They confirmed their readiness to develop it, including the organisation of joint production and the transfer of Belarusian technologies to the Myanmar side.
