From Design Engineer to Director

140 Repair Plant JSC was headed by Yakov Latushkin.

His entire labour activity is connected with this enterprise. He joined the plant as a design engineer of the design bureau for production preparation of the chief technologist department in 2011 after graduating from Borisov State Polytechnic College. He successively held the positions of design engineer of the chief designer department, senior foreman of the production area of shop No. 2, head of shop No. 3.

Prior to his appointment as head of the enterprise, he held the position of Deputy Director for Production.

He has a higher education. In 2016, he graduated from Polotsk State University with a specialisation in mechanical engineering technology and state management of the national economy, and in 2024, he graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus.
