Agat – Electromechanical Plant JSC Has a New Manager

Vyacheslav Rossolai, the former Deputy Minister of the State Authority for Military Industry (SAMI), has been appointed as the Director of Agat – Electromechanical Plant JSC, continuing his work within the Belarusian arms sector.

Born on October 17, 1981, in Minsk, Rossolai began his career in 1999 as a worker at the Minsk Automobile Plant JSC (MAZ). Over the years, he advanced to become the head of a structural subdivision within MAZ. 

From 2007 to 2012, he served in the administration of the Zavodskoy district of Minsk. Since 2012, he has been part of the SAMI system.
Rossolai is well-acquainted with the workforce at Agat – Electromechanical Plant JSC, having previously worked as the first deputy director of the enterprise, where he oversaw development and marketing initiatives. 

Vyacheslav Rossolai graduated from the Belarusian State University and the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus with a specialisation in Public Administration and Economics and a Master’s degree, and holds the title of Master of Management.
