A Delegation From Gazprom Visited MWTP

On November 15, 2024, a delegation of Gazprom headed by Vitaly Markelov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board — Head of the Department of Gazprom, visited the Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant (MWTP). The Russian guests were accompanied by Viachaslau Rassalai, Deputy Minister of the State Authority for Military Industry.

During the visit, Gazprom’s representatives familiarised themselves with the company’s production facilities, including the vehicle assembly and testing shop. Special attention was paid to specialised vehicles produced by the MWTP that may be in demand in the gas industry.

The visit included negotiations between the Gazprom delegation and the management of the MWTP, during which the Belarusian side expressed readiness to expand cooperation with the Russian gas giant Gazprom further.
