“Ross” – a New Word in Electronic Warfare
At JSC “KB Radar”, the development of the automated operation centre (AOC) “Ross” is entering the final stretch. The new product is designed for automated and non-automated control of radio monitoring and radio jamming of communication channels, data transmission, and satellite navigation.
Thanks to AI technologies, the product can not only detect sources of radio emissions but also predict the evolution of the electronic environment, automatically selecting jamming modes without harming its communication channels. For the first time, “Ross” has implemented the ability to receive data from radio-frequency monitoring of the air situation, enabling it to promptly identify drones, predict their routes, and select the most effective countermeasures. Routine calculation and information tasks are also delegated to the intelligent platform, resulting in the operator spending less time on numbers and more time on key decisions.
The system adapts in real time to any changes in the electronic environment, optimally distributing load across jamming channels.
AOC “Ross” will enable moving from the architecture of autonomous stations of different types to a single information space, where data on air targets, radio emissions, and the state of its own communication channels are combined in real time.
This development is fully compatible with a wide range of electronic warfare and radio monitoring equipment produced by JSC “KB Radar”.
