Working Trip of SAMI Minister to the Lida District

On 19 February 2026, Dmitry Pantus, Minister of the State Authority for Military Industry (SAMI), paid a working visit to the Lida district.

He held an on-site meeting with citizens at the local district executive committee. Residents of the district were able to directly address the head of the department with their problems and initiatives.

Dmitry Pantus also met with representatives of the city youth parliament. During live communication with young people, the topics of professional formation and development of the younger generation and the activities of SAMI were touched upon. The SAMI Minister answered all questions from the meeting participants.

The head of the arms department visited Neman Automotive Assembly Plant, a branch of Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant JSC, which manufactures not only comfortable buses, but also parts and assembly units for the parent company’s equipment. Issues related to the development of the Neman Automotive Assembly Plant and the implementation of fundamentally new projects were discussed. Following the visit, the head of SAMI gave a number of relevant instructions.
