State Authority for Military Industry: Import Substitution is a Priority

ALEVKURP JSC has completed research and development on a prototype small electric motor for unmanned aerial vehicles, with a power output of 4.44 kW. Tests have confirmed the product’s high technical specifications, which are on a par with the best foreign analogues.

All components are manufactured at domestic enterprises using readily available materials. A production process and the necessary tooling have been developed and successfully implemented for the assembly and testing of this type of product. The company’s specialists have also designed and manufactured two types of electric motor controller prototypes and developed test software for sensorless motor control.

The company’s Commission for Scientific and Experimental Work has recognised the results of the research activities in this area as successful. Development in this area will continue, but in the form of experimental design work.
