Nikolai Yurchenko Appointed Head of the SAMI Main Directorate of Military-Technical Cooperation, Export Control and Licensing

Nikolai Yurchenko was appointed the head of the main directorate of military-technical cooperation, export control and licensing of State Authority for Military Industry.
Introducing Nikolai Yurchenko to the staff of the central office and heads of departments, Minister of State Authority for Military Industry of the Republic of Belarus Roman Golovchenko noted his extensive experience, knowledge, professional and managerial abilities. He also wished him success in strengthening military-technical cooperation of Belarus with foreign countries and international organisations, export control and licensing activities related to military products.
Nikolai Yurchenko is no stranger to the national defence industry. From 2004 to 2016, he served in different capacities in the directorate of military-technical cooperation and export development of SAMI. After that, he headed the department of defence industry and military-technical cooperation of the Permanent Committee of the Union State. He is known as an energetic and responsible leader who is always in tune to find the optimal solution to a task.
