Minsk and Jakarta Strengthen Ties

Dmitry Pantus, Minister of the State Authority for Military Industry (SAMI), visited the Republic of Indonesia as part of the official state delegation led by Aleksandr Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus.

The SAMI Minister's itinerary was packed with practical engagements. Dmitry Pantus held a series of business meetings with representatives of Indonesian government bodies and the defence industry. A key focus of the trip was visiting several relevant Indonesian enterprises, where the parties held detailed discussions on manufacturing expertise and technological capabilities.

During the talks, Minister Pantus focused primarily on bilateral military-technical cooperation, the implementation of joint projects, and the expansion of industrial cooperation between Minsk and Jakarta.
