«Groza-O» Second Generation

KB Radar JSC has released a new unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) operator detection system. The product consists of a flying platform with a radio direction finder mounted on it with a communications system, as well as an operator’s laptop. Having received information about unauthorized UAV presence in the area of responsibility, the operator gives the command to the flying platform to take off, after which happens automatic direction finding of the intruder’s control console from the air from several points, transfer of information about UAV control console coordinates to the operator and flight to its location for photo and video fixation.

Comparing with the previous item a new version of «Groza-O» has an improved direction finding accuracy. Dimensions and weight are almost twice reduced, a flight time is 30 per cent increased, range – 40 per cent, operating temperature range is enlarged.

The product can be implemented by uniformed services for ensuring the safety of mass events, state visits, sports competitions, etc.
