Goscomvoyenprom Companies Complete Up-To-Date Quality Management System Implementation

The Goscomvoyenprom companies made a quantum leap in quality management in mid-September 2018. All member countries of the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) make it. 
At the beginning of September 2018, Display Design Office JSC, Computer Research Institute NIIEVM JSC and 2566 Radioelectronic Armament Repair Plant JSC obtained quality management system certificates of conformity (QMS) to the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2015.
A QMS of Computer Research Institute NIIEVM JSC was successfully certified for compliance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001–2015 in the GOST R ISO 9001–2015 Defence Register voluntary certification system of the Russian Federation and recertified for compliance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2015 in the Military Register voluntary certification system of the Russian Federation.
In July 2018, Display Design Office passed the QMS recertification audit. The company received a GOST R ISO 9001-2015 compliance certificate in the Electroncert voluntary certification system in September 2018.
The certification was preceded by focused effort of the companies’ teams, which allowed in a short time performing all the necessary technical and organisational measures for the quantum leap in quality management.
The new version of the state QMS standard STB ISO 9001-2015 is identical to the international one and applicable in Belarus since 1 March 2016.
The primary focus to ensure the production of quality and competitive products in the current requirements of the standard is on the concept of risk analysis in all areas of the companies’ activities, strengthening the leadership role and building a knowledge system, as well as innovation.
Due to the new QMS implementation, the companies will be able to export products that will conform to international standards and to improve their quality and competitiveness.
