Goscomvoyenprom Authorised to Conduct Negotiations and Sign an Agreement with Afghanistan on Military-Technical Cooperation

Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko approved the draft agreement between the governments of Belarus and Afghanistan on military-technical cooperation as a framework for the talks. The head of state signed the relevant Decree on 22 May 2018. The State Military Industrial Committee of Belarus (Goscomvoyenprom) is authorised to conduct negotiations on the draft agreement and to sign it, as well as, if necessary, to make changes to the draft agreement that are not fundamental.
