Expecting State Tests

The VOLATAVTO company has ended another series of R&D works dedicated to the trials of a mobile rapid deployable system, designed for installing antenna systems and automated workstations of a radioelectronic system for special purpose.

During the trial tests, the rapid deployable system was verified for compliance with the specification. The system was tested at a climatic chamber as well.

The feature of the system is mounting on the MP-12/14-130 mobile two-masted platform with two telescopic masts that can be automatically elevated and drawn down with the use of a pneumatic system or remote compressor. The system comprises mechanical support, two power supply devices and a container body with a life-support system, produced by VOLATAVTO.

The platform, based on the MAZ chassis, provides levelling and lifting antenna masts weighing 260 kg up to 12 and 14 m from the ground to flange. Seeing that some antennas are mounted at the roof of a container body at the travelling mode, the platform may be deployed within 30 minutes.
