Expand the Range, Increase Volumes

On 26 March 2026, Minister of the State Authority for Military Industry (SAMI) Dmitry Pantus during a working trip to Vitebsk, took part in a meeting of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee. The work of the regional industrial complex based on 2026 results was analysed, and ways to improve organisational efficiency were identified.

In the northern region of the country, the powerful scientific, technical, and production potential of SAMI is concentrated - Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant JSC, KB Display JSC, Legmash Plant JSC, Kidma Tech JSC, and Tekhnika Svyazi JSC. The participation of the head of the Belarusian arms department in the meeting of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee once again emphasises the importance of an integrated approach to industrial development, coordinating the efforts of republican and local authorities to ensure the stable operation of military-industrial complex enterprises and the implementation of government programmes.

The Minister of SAMI, Dmitry Pantus, visited KB Display JSC, inspected the building acquired to expand production capacity, and heard from the enterprise's management about plans for its reconstruction. The head of the industry noted that today, on the agenda of KB Display JSC, as well as other SAMI organisations, are issues of further expanding the product range and increasing production volumes. The implementation of the new project is one of the steps the company has taken in this direction.

Dmitry Pantus also familiarised himself in detail with the results of the design departments of KB Display JSC in developing modern robotic systems and unmanned aerial vehicles. Particular attention was paid to key issues of optimising production cycles, in particular, accelerating the completion of current development work on the most popular products, reducing the time it takes for products to enter state tests, and promptly launching promising models into mass production to meet customer needs.

SAMI Minister noted the high potential of KB Display JSC and expressed confidence that the expansion of capacity will give a new impetus to its development.
