Belarus – Vietnam: Interest in Cooperation

A delegation of the Ministry of National Defence of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam visited Belarus on 3–7 June 2019. The delegation was led by Commander of the Vietnam People’s Air Force Lt. Gen. Lê Huy Vịnh.
The members of the Vietnamese delegation familiarised themselves with the implementation of joint projects in the military-technical sphere and with capabilities of Belarusian defence companies in the production, repair and modernisation of weapons and military equipment. Lt. Gen. Lê Huy Vịnh met with Dmitry Pantus, Deputy Minister of State Authority for Military Industry. The parties discussed bilateral military-technical cooperation.
