Belarus and Venezuela Outline New Vectors of Military-Technical Cooperation

On November 13–14, 2025, a Belarusian delegation headed by First Deputy Minister of the State Authority for Military Industry (SAMI) of the Republic of Belarus Oleg Mishchenko took part in the third meeting of the working group on military-technical cooperation between the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the Republic of Belarus in the city of Caracas.

At the meeting, the sides discussed topical issues and prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation in the military-technical sphere and outlined concrete steps for its further strengthening.

Following the results of the work, Oleg Mishchenko, First Deputy Minister of SAMI and Major General Henry David Rodríguez Martínez, Deputy Minister of Defence for Defence Planning and Development of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela signed the final protocol, which consolidated the agreements reached and defined new vectors of joint work.
