Areas for Further Cooperation Outlined

In late January, a working meeting was held between Chairman of the State Border Committee Maj. Gen. Anatoly Lappo and Director of AGAT – Control Systems JSC – Managing Company of Geoinformation Control Systems Holding Gennady Kazakov.

The parties discussed further steps and practical areas for bilateral cooperation, as well as exchanged views in the fields of mutual interest.

Representatives of the State Border Committee familiarised themselves with the innovative technologies regarding systems for ensuring state border and border security. The multipurpose tactical reconnaissance system, as well as the Mobile employee hardware/software system, unmanned aerial vehicles and robotic technologies, combined radio station based on the Dragon armoured vehicle and other products for special purposes were demonstrated to the participants. The capabilities of the automated control system (ACS) integrated with the decision making support programme used while planning and during special actions were displayed at the test bench.

AGAT – Control Systems JSC – Managing Company of Geoinformation Control Systems Holding has been cooperated with the well-equipped border guards for more than a year to effectively carry out the state border security missions.
