ALEVKURP JSC Upgrades Optronic System for ADMS

ALEVKURP JSC continues to enhance the performance of optronic systems (OS) for medium- and short-range air defence missile systems (ADMS). Company specialists have significantly upgraded the TV-TP OS, designed to replace the obsolete Karat television-optical sight.

The integration of an automatic target tracker (ATT) enables target acquisition and tracking with minimal operator intervention, significantly reducing system reaction time and increasing hit probability. Furthermore, tactical and technical capabilities have been enhanced by optimizing the field of view parameters.

Combining thermal imaging (IR) and television channels within fully digital hardware allows targets to be detected, tracked, and engaged in passive mode day and night under all weather conditions. The detection ranges of both channels fully meet the requirements for the Pechora, Kvadrat, and Osa ADMS currently undergoing modernization at the plant, substantially boosting their combat performance.

The upgraded TV-TP OS has successfully passed all tests and will soon be delivered to a foreign customer as part of the Pechora ADMS modernization to the Pechora-2BM standard.
