AGAT-SYSTEM JSC Is Listed on the National Honour Roll for Achieving the Best Indicators of Socio-Economic Development in 2019

On the eve of the May Day, the updated National Honour Roll was opened at the State Flag Square in Minsk. During the opening ceremony, First Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Krutoy noted that last year’s winners showed high performance.

“2019, especially in the light of current events seems very good. The high-quality results of our economic development that we have achieved help us today as a safety net to mitigate the negative consequences that our economy has faced. In general, all the basic sectors of the economy worked well last year: industry, agriculture, transport and construction. They ensured acceptable rates of economic growth,” said Dmitry Krutoy.

Both enterprises and regions fought for the right to be called the best. The list approved by Presidential Decree No. 136 of 22 April 2020 ‘On Inscribing the Winners of the Competition for 2019 on the National Honour Roll’ contains 62 competition leaders in various nominations.

All developments are made taking into account modern trends. And in their technical parameters are not inferior to the samples of the world’s leading manufacturers, and some even surpass them or have no analogues abroad in a number of parameters.

One of the latest achievements of the personnel was the development and serial implementation of the production of programmable, multi-purpose, multiband digital military communication equipment. Today, modern digital means of communication of HF and VHF ranges are supplied to the Belarusian Armed Forces. They can fully satisfy the needs of the tactical level of the army control in cooperation arrangements.

In 2019, the growth rate of industrial production (works, services) at AGAT-SYSTEM JSC was 106.5 per cent, and the share of shipped innovative products in the total volume of production – 74.7 per cent. The growth rate of revenue from products sales (works, services) per employee increased to 104.2 per cent. The team successfully completed the development of a series of eight modifications of the HF range radio station Rapsodia, the Corund-P field switchboard. Products were adopted to the Armed Forces. The initiative development of the lightweight VHF range radio station Radian has also been completed.

It is also important that the funding of projects requiring significant investments is made mainly from the company’s own working capital, the main source of replenishment of which is net profit. By the way, last year it reached Br1,858 or increased by 126.8 per cent compared with the same previous period, and the average monthly salary amounted to Br1,576.7.

In order to implement the Presidential Decree No. 506 of 31 December 2018 ‘On the Development of Orsha district, Vitebsk region’, AGAT-SYSTEM JSC handed over the documentation and assisted Tekhnika Svyazi JSC in preparing the production of seven samples of communication equipment. Вoth companies cooperate on an equal footing.

Along with the development and production of military products, AGAT-SYSTEM JSC is engaged in the creation of general and special purpose software based on modern information technologies and communication media for the exchange of information.
