Born on 6th of September 1982 in Beryozovka (Lida district, Grodno region).
Graduated Belarusian National Technical University in 2005.
Later in 2005 took a retraining course in the sphere of development of the new technical, technological and economic directions (subject - Economics and Management on the enterprises) in the Belarusian Institute of Specialists retraining of Belarusian National Technical University.
In 2010 graduated Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus, subject - Economics and Management on the industrial enterprises.
In 2005 he started his labor activity as power engineering specialist of the JSC «Steklozavod «Neman». He has been working there till 2012 and held several positions: Deputy Chief of the scientific and technical centre, Chief of the scientific and technical centre, Deputy Chief Engineer of the scientific and technical centre, Chief Engineer.
From February 2012 to March 2014 held the post of the Head of the JSC «LIDSKY BUSES «NEMAN». From April 2014 to August 2014 held the post of Deputy Chairman Grodno City Executive Committee.
From August 2014 to June 2020 held the post of the Deputy Minister of State Authority for Military Industry Republic of Belarus.
He has been appointed as Minister of State Authority for Military Industry Republic of Belarus, following the Presidential Decree No. 201 of 4 June 2020.
He is married with a son.
