Viachaslau Rassalai was born on 17 October 1981 in Minsk. He began his career in 1999 as a worker at the JSC Minsk Automobile Plant and within a few years grew up to the head of the company’s structural department.
From 2007 to 2012 he held managerial positions at the administration of Zavadski district in Minsk.
In 2005 he graduated from the Belarusian State University, in 2011 – Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus with a degree “Public Administration and Economics”. After graduation from the Magistracy of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus, Viachaslau Rassalai received the Master’s degree in Management.
From 2012 to 2017 he worked at State Authority for Military Industry of the Republic of Belarus. For the past three years he held the position of the First Deputy Director General of Agat – Electromechanical Plant JSC supervising development and marketing issues.
He has been appointed as Deputy Minister of State Authority for Military Industry of the Republic of Belarus, following the Belarusian President’s Decree No. 334 of 3 September 2020.
He is married with a daughter.
