Dmitry Pantus was born on September 6, 1982 in Beryozovka town (Lida district, Grodno region).
He was graduated from the Belarusian National Technical University in 2005.
Upon graduation in 2005 Mr. Pantus took a retraining course at the Institute for Staff Training and Retraining on Management and Personnel Development of the Belarusian National Technical University with a degree in Economics and Management of the Enterprises.
In 2010 Mr. Pantus graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in Economics and Management of the Industrial Enterprises.
In 2005 Mr. Pantus started his labor activity as a power engineering specialist at
JSC “Steklozavod “Neman”. He has been working there till 2012 and held several positions, i.e. Deputy Chief of the Scientific and Technical Centre, Chief of the Scientific and Technical Centre, Deputy Chief Engineer of the Scientific and Technical Centre, Chief Engineer – First Deputy Director.
Starting from February 2012 and until March 2014 Mr. Pantus occupied the position of the Head of JSC “LIDSKY BUSES “NEMAN”, which is one of the companies of the State Authority for Military Industry of the Republic of Belarus. From April 2014 until August 2014 held the position of the Deputy Chairman of Grodno City Executive Committee.
From August 2014 until June 2020 Mr. Pantus occupied the position of the Deputy Minister of the State Authority for Military Industry of the Republic of Belarus, where he supervised the issues of economic, production and new developments.
Mr. Pantus has been appointed for a position of the Minister of State Authority for Military Industry of the Republic of Belarus by the Presidential Decree
No. 201 of June 4, 2020.
Married, has a son.
