He was born on 11 August 1968 in the village of Vishnevka, Ichnyansky district, Chernihiv region, Ukrainian SSR.

In 1990 he graduated from Kiev Higher Military Engineering School of Communications.

In 1999 he graduated from the command and staff faculty of the Belarusian Military Academy.

In 2011 he graduated from the faculty of the General Staff of the Belarusian Armed Forces.

Since 1990 he has served as an officer in senior command and engineering positions.

Since August 2017 - Chief of Signals, Chief of the Signals Directorate of the General Staff of the Belarusian Armed Forces.

By Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 23 December 2022 No. 437, he was appointed First Deputy Minister of the State Authority for Military Industry of the Republic of Belarus.

Married, has a son.
